You need to get the BOX:VOLUME pair to match your BOX:VOLUME pair from 
when you run 'D GETENV^%ZOSV W Y' The GETENV result should match. 

So

Which should give you this

Then check your volume set file with

VA FileMan 22.0

Also be sure the MODE OF TASKMAN: is
