I believe you are past this now, Paul, and we are seeing this message at this time only because the hardhats mailing list has a molasses powered mailman server at Source Forge. If this is not the case, please write to the list at [EMAIL PROTECTED] or write to me offline.
For others, the issue is that Paul installed FOIAVistA20060615 in /usr/local/Distrib/ rather than /usr/local.
