Never mind, found the answer. Apparently the router only shows who's
logged in, while Win10 will show you who is trying to get into your
network, which is probably why those two kept popping in and out.

Here's the situation: We recently got a 'cease-and-desist' from Cox
about a downloaded movie. The only possibility was that someone tapped
into the wireless (we didn't do it, really!), so we changed all the
passwords. Now my wife is a bit sensitive about someone tapping into
the network. Today, she went into Windows Explorer - Network and saw
two connections listed as phones, an LG and an HTC (we all have
Droids). So we changed all the passwords again. However, those two
phones kept popping in and out. However, another computer on the
network did not show those phones, nor did the router. Were these
phones ghosts or actually there?
