In my experience, MSSE is pretty much useless. I think the people who
use it and are successful are: 1)Lucky, 2)Very careful, or 3)Protected
by something like a UTM. I get a steady stream of heavily infected
computers running MSSE. This could be user error, but I'd rather use
Vipre, BitDefender, or NOD32.
