If you need to do a software reset or partial reset, do the following:

Press and hold # and 3 while plugging in the power cord.

While still holding the buttons down, plug the power cord back in. Release
the buttons after the all-in-one begins to initialize.

After RESET displays and the printer goes back to a ready state, the reset
is complete.

Subject: [H] Stop Printer

I don't know if I can get an answer to this quick enough because I get the
digest version of the list.

I have an Officejet G85 printer that has 685 jobs left to print. I have
turned off printer & computer & restarted them but it keeps printing. Does
anyone know how to clear these jobs out of the printer?? The computer has
already sent the jobs to the printer, so it keeps printing whether the
computer is connected or not. So it must still have it's memory full. Is
there a way to reset the memory or printer to eliminate these pages??

If possible, could anyone respond privately as well as to the list as I need
an answer ASAP so I can get this system back up & running.

Thanks!!!
