Dang!  I totally forgot about warranty!  I'm going to have to check it out
on this one, it is a Sandisk, but the 256M version and it's only about 90
days old.

Interesting note, the daughter in question said that if she had the choice,
she'd 'drop' her boyfriend before she would drop her MP3
player.....;-)
