[H] Registry file to block power down?

Does anyone know of a reg file I can import to disable power save on 
computers?  I'm getting tired of starting a spyware scan, walking away, 
then coming back to find the damn thing has gone to sleep and hasn't 
completed the scan (how MS managed to write a power save function that 
comes on when the computer is still doing processing is beyond me.)
