This morning I was burning a DVD when the computer started beeping. I checked
temps and fans, and all seemed within reasonable ranges. The system then shut
down and re-booted. Everything "seemed" fine until I received the error message
"NTLDR is missing. Press Ctrl-Alt-Del to reboot."
Could be that the boot files have been deleted. Boot with an XP CD and see what files are on the drive.
