Curious what programs are you using and how exactly are you scanning customers pc's? Are you slaving the drive or booting from cd or other method?
I'm using NOD32, Sophos, Norton 2005 Prescan (modified), F-Prot, Trend, and Anti-vir. I boot up in a PE environment (CD) and scanning from there.
