I got three Verbatim's at Fry's for 19.99 and burned the first Deadwood disc to it and it will not play on either of my Sony's (S530D and NS 315) but OK in my laptop and desktop. I don't know if it was worth it or not. I haven't a clue what I'm going to do with the other two yet. This was from an ISO, maybe I'll try to copy a large DVD and see if it plays in one of my players. I think Gladiator is over 8 megs.
I was thinking DVDRW DL for data backups - I'd use DVDR DL for movie backups, because I don't think I'd ever want to erase the movie.
