No, the figures I am quoting are from the manufactures Specifications Sheet

This is the 3.0 processor I am using

However, that CPU is currently running at 58C
And the the case temp is currently 40C

The 3.4 CPU I am going to buy

And here is the Spire that I am using now.

Well, I am confused now so I guess I will have to ask Spire. You just
wouldn't think it would be that much difference between a 3.4 and a
Prescott 3.4
