It would be very very interesting to see those cross platform games and the differences between them graphically speaking.
Damn, the world of computing and gaming is becoming more and more exciting as time passes by. I can just imagine my grandchildren having a fiber optic sphincter plug to the Xbox 2020 gaming server and the PS7 online gaming service. They would be immersed in a virtual world.
Also I can imagine the porn industry making a shit load of money...

I know that its the games that make the machine, but lets say that the games were identical which is a big possibility because of large publishers such as EA and such....

Although I have been an avid MS hater, it seems that the XBOX is just as powerful as the PS3 in terms of hardware.
Since the PS3 uses CELL and it is a revolutionary processor, a lot of review sites have stated that the CELL will be hard to program for at first. It was a similar case for the PS2. The first crop of games were horrible (graphically speaking), but just look at GT4 and it's hard to believe that the graphics are being rendered on a PS2.
So which one is it for everyone?

Holy cow, three dual core 3.2 gig CPU's, Cell processors with 7 or 8 SPE's. running at 3.2gigs as well., Wireless controllers, gigabit ethernet, etc, etc, etc.
Makes you wonder how they can sell these for what, 299 or so ? and a PC with half those specs costs hundreds more.....
