Ahh, that is likely it right there, then. The Sam's Club Verbatim stuff
isn't that great. About 3-4 years ago they stopped carrying the DL+
line...and I promptly went elsewhere for my media. I'm coming to find out
that most stuff at Sam's is like that...they are so big that they are able
to tell the manufacturer what they want and what they'll pay, and the
manufacturer just makes a product for that (low) price point. Ever notice
that most of the electronics at Sam's Club have model numbers that you can't
find anywhere else? That's why. They're built of inferior components simply
to meet the demands of Sam's/Wal-Mart.

both with the latest firmware. And both were tried and resulted in the
Verbatim errors. As far as the line of Verbatim, I'm not sure. What ever
Sam's sells. Like I said, when I have some more time I will try some more.
