looking at this MB my only *nag* is the fans and the location of the FDD header. the Asus premier looks good but I am not looking for sli but it has no fans :{)

close what sets them apart are the bells and whistles. 

So far, I've had pretty good luck with this board.  Between it and the
Foxconn NFU8K Motherboard series, the Nforce4 Ultra chipset is very solid,
especially if you aren't hunting SLI (or need all the PCI slots!)
