Some background. About a year and half ago I bought a new Pilot and put a sound system in. For the source I used a Clarion head unit that was Sirius-ready, meaning you hook it up to a satellite tuner box and presto you have satellite radio. Everything worked fine up until today.
Came home from work yesterday, parked the car, got in this morning and no Sirius. I turn the headunit on and I can switch from AM/FM to CD to Aux but there is no mode for Sirius like there should be. Tried powering it on and off again, nothing. It is like it never had the satellite radio function to begin with. Aside from a loose wire which I haven't had a chance to check yet, any ideas what would cause the headunit to forget it has a Sirius radio function? Maybe the satellite tuner box went bad? Puzzling.... -- Brian
