Chris,
CCleaner, http://www.ccleaner.com, will do all you want and a lot more. I
use it many times a day to clean up any garbage collected while browsing.

Yep. Same here. I rd /s "Temporary Internet Files" under each user
accounts (C:\Documents and Settings\%User Account%\Local Settings\), \TEMP
directory under windows, Recycler.. and sometimes (gasp) the System Volume
folder (ie, System Restore) if they were virus infected.

Perfect. I clean out the temp dirs and recycle bin under WinPE before
running an AV scan to save time.
