Would it be worth it to run regclean.exe first a couple of times to wipe the
easy stuff and then follow up with the Healer?

I like that.  Too many programs offer tweaks, but you can't tell what they
are doing.

BTW, ever use Registry Healer?  I'm trying it out, but since the demo is
limited to 14 items cleaned per scan, it's taking hours to finish.  This is
why I often end up pirating a program - I just want to try it out for a
couple of days, and if it does what I want, I'll buy it.  This is like
giving me a car to test drive, but only letting me drive 5km/h, and telling
me I have to stop every 10 feet. :)
