Would it be worth it to run regclean.exe first a couple of times to wipe the easy stuff and then follow up with the Healer?

I'm trying it out, but since the demo is limited to 14 items cleaned per scan, it's taking hours to finish. This is why I often end up pirating a program - I just want to try it out for a couple of days, and if it does what I want, I'll buy it. This is like giving me a car to test drive, but only letting me drive 5km/h, and telling me I have to stop every 10 feet. :) T
