I would just add that telling Outlook it isn't junk will then move the email
to the inbox. You will have to place it in the folder manually until Outlook
learns the rule (so to speak).

I've been running Outlook '03 since it came out and I find that when new
junk mail filters are updated, there's a couple of days of hiccups and then
everything settles down and it works generally well (very few false
positives).

Can't remember the exact wording, but when a message ends up in the junk
folder, right click on the message and then tell outlook it isn't junk. I
used to get a lot of mailing list entries ending up in junk, but once I told
it they weren't things have cleared up.
