[H] How do I get the index of a DVD/CD disk to file, what is the command?

Hi guys,

You know I am getting really old now, 36! and I am loosing it, I just can't 
remember anything anymore, I remember being able to do this in DOS, but by 
**** I can't remember....

I want to take the content of a disk and print it ontoit, for archiving. I 
got one of those DISC Stakka! it is a shame it actually can't read the damn 
disk!
