Well, this what I suppect that the bug in "WINDOWS 2K & XP" that make me unable to format bigger than 32Gb partition, unless using other tools.
It isn't a bug. Microsoft intentionally disallows formatting of FAT32 partitions greater than 32GB in Windows 2000 and Windows XP. They claim it is to reduce wasted space (there is a cluster size transition at 32GB), but it is probably to push people to use the vastly superior NTFS.
Is it ok with WIndows98SE? (I don't have Win98 box anymore).
Yes, you could partition & format it with Win98/SEor a Win98/SE boot disk, and 2k/XP will work with it just fine.
