Spend a bit more money and get some actually good discs. The Ritek/Ridata stuff is pretty crappy anymore. They were good when their G04 media first came out, but have been plagued by quality control and poor dyes ever since.

I use Ritek DVD-R G05 8x disks & have never had a problem. My Pioneer A08 with 3rd party firmware easily burns these at 16x & I save $15 to $20 per hundred as compared to buying Ritek 16x disks.

It may not make any difference but the disk that Bobby listed were DVD+R. While his case seems to be the exception, in the past +R disks were generally a little more money than -R disks & according to http://www.videohelp.com/ the -R disks play in slightly more stand alone players.

I too like buying from http://www.supermediastore.com/ but have also purchased from http://www.meritline.com/ & http://www.allmediaoutlet.com/allmedia/index.jsp

At SuperMediaStore you can buy their house brand Linkyo. They had a special last week of 100 for $20 with free shipping. All Media sells Princos which are also a inexpensive alternative.
