Besides the NAT idea which is probably the best way to do it if that is your main requirement then I say don't use the nVidia firewall and use WinXP's. The reason is not technical but because WinXP's is more popular is should be the easiest to support (more programs will be able to interface with it)

It seems to me that the anti-hacking setting is purely a incoming attack block, so it requires the least user intervention (and is the most like a hardware firewall.) I'm trying to use something that will give my users the least headaches.
