guys have an A+ cert....that *MUST* mean they are qualified.

LOL! I have a customer who just came to me because the last two places they dealt with were morons. They're running a Netware server with a number of problems, primarily because the last two people couldn't find their asses with both hands in broad daylight, let alone set up or manage a Netware server. They keep talking about how they should switch to a Windows server because "there are so many people who can help them with Windows." I pointed out that it's ridiculously simple to get Windows certification whilst knowing nothing about hardware or problem solving, or really any ability to actually configure or manage a Windows server. Yes, there are fewer Netware people out there, but at least the ones who are out there tend to be the hardcore people who want to learn, instead of the moron losers who got into computers because they thought it was a way to make a quick buck.
