As was mentioned elsewhere, so has Connectix (who MS bought out). But having played with both, I've had much better success with Virtual PC (post SP1) (Example of OS support: http://vpc.visualwin.com.
Both products do a very good job of what they do. There are some things about each I prefer to the other. I have been using VMware to support other OSs for at least 5 years. They also have more advanced versions that run as virtual servers.
