yeah, that's what I meant to say. He can integrate special effects into a
movie in a way that greatly advances the storytelling, not detracts from it.

And IMHO PJ's genius is NOT in the effects. It is in the story
telling and using the effects to tell the story, not using the story
as an excuse for the effects which is more the Michael Bay method.
