just rma'ed 2 pc3500 black label from mushkin, same bug. mushkin replaced the ram after testing and said one was bad. little slower on rma then in the past but still handled it. FWIW the replacement had the same bug UNTIL the mb was flashed with the latest bios ( DFI lanparty )
