Nope. I've had several cases where they don't. Sometimes they tell you they can't repair, and sometimes they tell they have repaired the problem, but subsequent scans finds it again. Removing the entry manually takes care of the problem.

I can't believe that's the case if you're running as an admin when running Ad-Aware Se Pro. Are you sure?
