I'm sure as hell no expert, but when I used WEP, because my old laptop was
2K, I had to use the Bilken WIFI driver, rather then XP encryption, on any
other box. I would ask the WIFI router manufacturer about this. Or check
their FAQ, I sure this comes up all the time.
It is too bad that it has to be either WEP or WAP. Maybe somebody knows how
to use both simultaneously?
