Becoming Dell "certified" means you pay them $1200 per year, with no guaratee that they will use your services, and no training. Quite the deal.
This reminds me of the medical billing at home and other home employment schemes. The average start up cost is around $3000.00 and the $300.00 computer is tossed in, free, of course. No guarantees of minimum offers of employment.
