Saw that on Digg this morning. I think it's the standard case of all the Sony fanboys and M$ haters hyping the crap out of something that really isn't that big.
If you dig into the story you will find a handful of people who have crashing problems and tons of people with no problem. It looks like the culprit is heat - that sexy slim case packing a monster CPU and GPU needs all the air it can get. Blocking any of the vent holes or putting it inside a media center will cause it to overheat and crash. I think a bigger problem is the lack of supply - stores didn't even have enough to fill half of the pre-orders and every store is being told to not expect any more shipments until AFTER Christmas. -- Brian
