Looking at the universe, it's pretty clear that it's random and arbitrary. I think it's reasonable to conclude that if there is an intelligent force that created it/guides it, then it's worldview is also random and arbitrary (at least by our standards.) There is no "fair" other than what humans attempt to apply to their surroundings. Given that, then it's just as likely that one could be a saint and go to hell as it is that one could be a sinner and go to heaven.
