1. Intel comes out swinging in Round 8 of the processor war. Profits soar as their fast, efficient mobile processors dominate the market. AMD increases market share in servers and home builder markets. 2. M$ spends hundreds of millions marketing Vista. The opressive DRM, lack of support for older hardware, drives tens of thousands to Apple. 3. Apple storms onto the PC market. Both Linux enthusiasts and the home builder crowd embrace their "it just works" OS coupled with fast, cheap Intel hardware. 4. Apple finds new ways to reinvent the iPod. Eventually becomes the handheld device of choice for all forms of media (radio, music, video, internet surfing, etc). -- Brian
