Does USB work reliably with the original Windows 98? I seem to recall that there were issues.
If I remember correctly USB 1.1 worked with Windows 95, with the proper software, of course. Also I was one of the few to get TCP/IP to work on the high speed Internet with Windows 95. You have to have your IE and OE updated as far as Windows 95 would allow, Version 5.5 I think.
