Man this ascii diagram shit sucks people. To me this looks like you
want the WIFI & LAN routers plugged into a switch that is plugged into
the modem?
Since the router is the CPE, having 2 routers (CPE's) would require you
to have 2 live IP's or a modem doing NAT & allowance for 2 CPE's.
"Modem bridge->live ip->CPE(NAT router)->IANA IP's" is what works.
I still say VLAN it & set IPTables, etc... to only allow WIFI 1 (open)
to access Internet. Go a step further with my last suggestion & you
could do all this with one WRT54GS or equiv & Talisman using 3 VLANS
(LAN, Open WIFI, Secure WIFI) and some rules.
