A customer of ours has a new color laser printer, which they are leasing at $.01/copy black and $.10/copy color. We've setup the printer to print in black and white by default, but in outlook, when you hit the Print button it sends the job to the printer, and seems to ignore the printer global settings.

Is there a setting to force outlook to always print in black and white instead of color?

Thanks,

Christopher Fisk
