My neighbor has Starband. Latency is a bitch, but the speed isn't bad. They often get download speeds of 50-80KB/s, and the more expensive service plan has even more bandwidth. I set them up with a home wireless network, and everything works fine. The only difference with what Thane wants to do is scale. It should be pretty easy. I've been thinking about approaching them about sharing their connection with me. Julian
