If you're planning on a PCI Raid card anyway then the only
requirement that you have that might hold you back is the need to
re-use your AGP card. Gigabyte has K8NS nVidia nForce3 chipset, 8x
AGP, 5 PCI w/ SATA Raid & uses an Athlon 64 [754] that is only $54.50 at Mwave.
