Well I am originally from Syracuse so I know what you are talking
about but I live in Colorado now so thanks but I won't be by anytime
soon.

I actually de-gaussed it and turned it off for several hours and it
looks like it is back, at least temporarily.  But I think it may be
time to look into something new.
