At 11:04 PM 3/23/2006, FORC5 typed:
opened up agent and all of my subscribed newsgroups are gone, all
group list shows nothing. I am having to open up newsgroup list and
add them back in one at a time. Used to be able to right click and
have it show all or show subscribed.
updated to latest version, no help. very strange.
any ideas ?
The Help file is a separate download
<ftp://ftp3.forteinc.com/pub/agent/english/helpenu330-846.zip> and
it's not subscribed newsgroups any more but rather desks & folders
which takes a while getting use to. You want to go to Tools/Newgroup
directory where you'll find all the groups providing you put in all
your server info Tools/Server Accts. Makes it very easy to see which
groups are duplicated on other servers.
