Ok, I have 2 nics, 1 connected to DSL and one to cable,, Got rid of one level of grief by giving each router a different Ethernet range. DSL 10.0.0.1 and cable 192.168.2.x
So I can use mail accounts by both providers so the computer has access to both. HOWEVER when I go to a speed test, the slower (cable) connection is always accessed, unless I unable that connection. I went into >>> Network Connections >>> Advanced >>> Advanced Settings And made the DSL Connection the first on the list. No matter what I try - the first Connection used is the Cox connection. What am I missing or doing wrong?
