Last summer I purchased a pair of these drives (Hitachi Deskstar T7K250 250GB Serial ATA II 7200RPM Hard Drive w/8MB Buffer) for $125 each. I have been happy with the service and performance. I noticed them on sale at several online retailers for $90. I googled and didn't find any problems associated with the drive and was wondering if any of you have heard or had problems, or is this simply a closeout, making room for larger capacity drives. They seem like a great deal and I was thinking of picking up several more. 500 GB for $180! Opinions?
