I've got a file (Episode 2 of the 2005 Doctor Who) where the aspect ratio is wrong. I can force it to 4:3 with Nero Media, but I'd like to fix the file. Haven't a clue as to what software I'd use. Actually I've tried a couple of editors but they seem to lack the ability to change the aspect ratio.
Any help would be thoroughly appreciated!
