Never had a problem with lipsync in nerovision4 which is in nero7 As to the size issue before if you have the ultra verion choose MORE-VIDEO and set audio to DD2.0 or DD5.1 because if your starting with avi a lot of times it will keep it PCM and convert to LPCM which takes a crapload of space
