I think those rates changed monthly. I had other cards that didn't raise the
rates just because the Fed did. I had one that never raised them at all. BoA
stated 9.9 at the end of the 'no interest' period. They actually started at
17.9, and, when I called them on it they said in effect "Oh well, that's
what the rate is and we can't do anything about it." I know that I will
never do business with them again and will not recommend them to
anyone.....except my worst enemies.
