Why would you want to do that? The P-M is very efficient at ramping clock speed up to meet the instantaneous load requirements.

If your BIOS does not have a mechanism to disable enhanced speedstep, you can use a utility like RMclock to force it to whatever profile you desire.

Is there a way to make a P-M laptop not ramp down CPU speed? I seem to remember once seeing an place deep inside where you could tell it NOT to lower speed (at the expense of battery life, obviously).
