I ran the two Linksys LAN1 and WAN3 together for a week with no
problem. Then today I hooked up the Belkin WIFI2. The Belkin WAN
port is plugged into a standard port on the WAN3 Linksys.
When I try to access with my WIFI laptop, I can see the Belkin
there, but there is nothing to connect to. It does not appear to be
getting any feed from the Linksys WAN. The connect line is lit the
WAN light is amber which means there is something wrong and I have
no Internet access.
That should work. I can see no reason the Belkin wouldn't work with
another brand (it makes no difference to any router I've
tried.) Could the router itself be bad? Can you connect to it by
wire? Connect via wireless if it isn't connected to the Linksys?
