The Verizon model will come crippled - no bluetooth DUN or file transfer. If you don't care about those sort of things then it will be fine.
These can be re-enabled if they're deal-breakers, if you're a bit enterprising.
Re-enabling DUN over BT on my Verizon E815 was as simple as typing in a few characters...and there's loads of people that have enabled file transfer.
