See if your http.sys got corrupted or missing, that is the file that the KB patches.

I have a computer in that keeps starting up with a windows titled: KB916595 
setup - and goes on about the available switches  (/help /quiet etc.)  I 
can't seem to get it to go away.  I tried reinstalling the KB916595 hotfix, 
but that made no difference, and I can't remove it from Add/Remove 
programs.  Any ideas?
