I have been following this thread with interest.
I don't hate M$.
I just think they are overblown and are in it basically for the money
and not for a good product.
I have had run ins with M$ over the years and when caught in a really
bad gaff, their answer is "That is the way we designed it. If it does
not satisfy you forget it. We won't correct it"
I think WP is a superior product that tries to fit the customers
requirements. One can save it in WORD format. But try to save in WP
format from WORD.
I have used OO but I find WP is better suited to my use.
I would use OO instead of M$ Office if I had to pay MS prices.
