[H] Dell Inspiron POST errors

I have a Inspiron that, when turned on, flashes the caps lock light 
nine times then turns off.  I assume that's a POST code, but I can't 
get anything out of Dell ("I don't know") and can't find anything on 
the web.  Anyone know?
